1. Service Agreement

By scheduling a dumpster rental or junk removal service with Boxx Boss Solutions, you agree to provide accurate information regarding your project, location, and materials being disposed of. We reserve the right to decline service based on safety concerns, access limitations, or prohibited materials. You agree to SMS terms and conditions.

2. Rental Period & Extensions

Each dumpster rental includes a set rental period. If you need additional time, extensions may be available for an additional fee. Failure to request an extension may result in extra charges.

3. Delivery & Pickup

We strive to deliver and pick up dumpsters on schedule. However, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Boxx Boss Solutions is not liable for any damages or losses caused by unavoidable delays.

Customers must ensure the drop-off and pickup areas are accessible, clear of obstacles, and safe for our drivers.

4. Prohibited Items

The following items may not be placed in our dumpsters:

Hazardous materials (chemicals, oils, paints, solvents)
Tires
Batteries
Asbestos
Medical waste
Appliances containing refrigerants
Flammable or explosive materials

If prohibited items are found, additional fees may apply, or materials may be returned to the customer.

5. Damage Responsibility

The customer is responsible for protecting their driveway, yard, or property prior to delivery. Boxx Boss Solutions is not responsible for damage to surfaces including:

Driveways
Lawns
Sidewalks
Pavement
Underground utilities

Dumpsters are heavy, especially when loaded, and may cause impressions or marks.

6. Weight Limits & Overloading

Each dumpster has a weight limit. If a dumpster exceeds its limit, additional charges may apply.
Dumpsters must be loaded level with the top—overloaded bins cannot be safely transported and may result in extra fees or delays.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Fees may apply for:

Overweight loads
Extended rental periods
Return trips due to blocked access
Disposal of prohibited items

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery may incur a fee. Same-day cancellations may not be refundable due to scheduling and transportation costs.

9. Liability Limitation

Boxx Boss Solutions is not liable for:

Delays caused by weather, roadway conditions, or third-party factors
Property damage resulting from delivery or placement
Injury resulting from misuse of the dumpster

Use of our services is at your own risk.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
